We'll set up a QuickBooks account, connect your company's bank & credit card feeds, build your Chart of Accounts such as Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, COGS and Expenses, and create your Customers and Vendors. Already set up with QuickBooks Online? Just invite Balanced Reconciliations as an Accountant User. We require No Logins or No Passwords! QuickBooks handles everything securely.
Categorization & Coding
Every single transaction that hits your Bank or Credit Card feed is reviewed and coded to the correct GL Account. Transaction Categorization can be performed Daily, Weekly or Monthly, whatever your company demands. This makes it to where no transactions are left uncategorized.
Reconciliation, Included
Every connected Bank and Credit Card Account can be reconciled against Posted Transactions on a Weekly basis. On a Monthly basis each account type will be reconciled against a statement, confirming every Deposit, Credit, Withdrawal and Debit matches accurately. It is critical that when reconciling, the Debits and Credits balance to $0, which is a Balanced Reconciliation.
Monthly Financial Package
At the close of each month, your company will receive a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. A clear picture of your company's health, every single month. We can have Quarterly and Yearly meetings to go over Financial Reports as needed. Your company's future direction is dictated by Financial Reports, which are essential.

Access can be revoked by your company at any time. If your company uses a different platform, we're still glad to help if possible. We also offer Reconciliation Services, which work with any ERP System, PDF, or CSV file.
